2. Installation steps
- The stock lengths of those aluminum channels are 2 m per piece, so before you install them, you will need to measure the width of your closet and cut the LED channel to a length that is 1 cm shorter. The same thing needs to be done to the plastic diffuser.
- Mount the LED strips into the wardrobe LED profile and clip in the diffusers. Peel the adhesive backing and press the light strips firmly into the aluminum channel, and leave about 1/4 inch of space at each end for end caps.
- Two types of mounting accessories are available for surface-mounted or suspended installations. Mount the end caps on the closet.
- Get the profile through the cover plate.
- Slide the cover plate.
- Fix the aluminum profile, then lead out the power cable of the LED strips.
- Run the cable to the LED driver, and connect the power. If you want to use a dimmer or controller, install it according to the user manual.
- Turn on the power and check the lighting. The 100° beam angle ensures broad, even coverage across your hanging clothes. Make the final adjustments to positioning or brightness.
