Shipping Methods Guide
This page guides you through selecting a shipping method for your order, provides estimates of shipping costs and times, and offers other helpful information on the ledbe.com shipping process.
Our products are shipped out daily, from Monday to Saturday, except on holidays. Most orders placed will be dispatched within 1-2 business days (except for the products with "delivery lead time"). You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please check your junk box if you can't receive the emails. After you receive your tracking number, you can track your order online. If your goods were shipped by air cargo, please get in touch with us at sales@ledbe.com if there is a delay. Please feel free to contact us if you encounter any difficulties while tracking your goods online.
Choose a Shipping MethodYou can choose the shipping method on the Checkout page during the checkout process. There are three primary shipping methods to choose from:
1. Express Shipping
We will use FedEx, DHL, and UPS to send out your cargo, the delivery time is around 2-5 days on usual, but due to the COVID-19 situation, the delivery time is around 5-9 days.

2. Air Mail
For some items, you can ship your order by Air Mail. If your order qualifies for shipping by Air Mail, it will automatically appear as an option when you check out. Delivery times are between 7 - 15 days for all major destinations. Although the delivery time is much longer, shipping costs are much lower if this option is chosen. Order tracking and shipping insurance are not available with Air Mail shipping. Please consider this when selecting this option.

3. By Sea
If the weight of the goods in your shopping cart exceeds 100 kg and you don't require them urgently, you can contact us to obtain the shipping cost by sea. The cost of shipping by sea is the most cost-effective, allowing you to reduce the cost of obtaining bulk quantities of goods from us. Email sales@ledbe.com at any time if you would like to send the goods by sea.
Estimate Total Delivery Time
Before your order is shipped, we must process it and test all your items through our quality control procedures. As a result, the Total Delivery Time differs from the shipping time alone.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

We offer a wide range of products, so processing times vary by category. Please check with us for an estimate of your order's Total Delivery Time.
Questions:
Q1: How will I know the tracking number?
A1: We will email you the tracking number once we have sent out your parcel. If you do not receive it on time, please check your spam or junk folder. If you have not found it yet, please contact us.
Q2: On the checkout page, there is no shipping option. What can I do?
A2: If no shipping options are displayed, please don't hesitate to contact us to obtain the shipping cost.
Q3: What can I do if the parcel is not delivered successfully?
A3: If the parcel delivery fails due to an unforeseen factor, you can request us to resend it or receive a full refund.
Q4. What about the clearance?
A4. Customers are responsible for clearing and paying customs duties.
