The PIR-8 infrared motion sensor light switches utilize passive infrared (PIR) technology to detect motion and control lighting. It's commonly used in homes, offices, and commercial spaces to save energy by turning lights on only when movement is detected and off when no motion in a while. The sensing distance is up to 8 meters. When somebody is within the sensing distance, the LED Light will light up automatically. It features a delay timing function to allow setting the delay time from 1 to 10 minutes. You can set the time for how long light stays on after motion stops. The PIR8 features a single output channel design and is compatible with single LED lights, with a maximum output current of 6A. They are not waterproof and should only be placed in dry locations.
