The mini LED linear profile is a compact, extruded aluminum channel designed to create clean, professional linear lighting installations. With a slim 20mm round structure, it's suitable for decorative, architectural, retail, hospitality, residential, and commercial lighting applications.
It comes with PC diffused covers and offers two types of louvers: grille and honeycomb louvers. The plastic diffuser helps create a smooth, uniform lighting effect; grille and honeycomb louvers can improve glare control and visual comfort.
Crafted from premium-quality 6063-T5 extruded aluminum and with a black powder-coated finish, the black linear channel has corrosion resistance and a longer lifespan. The 1m and 2m lengths are available and can be free-cut to any size you desire. The inner width is 13.2 mm, and the maximum width of tape stripes is 13mm. Recommend adding high-density COB tape lights to create a uniform, dotless lighting.
The linear profiles support multiple installation methods, including suspended installation and wall-mount applications. A range of compatible accessories is available: end caps, hanging end caps, metal mounting clips, wall lamp rods, and steel wire suspension kits.
