The surface-mounted U-shape LED strip profile with a lens is an ideal solution for under-cabinets, accent lighting, and backlighting, among other applications. The lens will direct light as a concentrated beam, making it perfect for task or accent lighting.
They are crafted from high-quality 6063-T5 aluminum alloy with a silver anodized surface, enhanced oxidation resistance, and a longer lifespan. The stock lengths are 2m, 2.5m, and 3m, and the maximum length per piece is 6 m. We also support customize length, you can order various lengths from us. The inner width is 16.9mm, allowing you to add LED strips up to 16mm. You can choose our high-density SMD or COB tape lights as the light source to prevent hotspots and for even illumination. The aluminum profile provides excellent heat dissipation, helping extend the lifespan of your LED lights while maintaining stable brightness.
Only one lens type available: PMMA clear lens. The optical lens provides more focused light output for areas that require directional lighting, reduced glare, or enhanced beam shaping.
The U LED channel has a dual-layer design that lets you mount the bottom layer with screws, then press the upper layer in place for easy installation. End caps with and without wire holes are included for processional ends sealed and easy to lead out the power wire.
