The drywall LED profile light with a single flange is designed for flush mounting with 16 mm (5/8") thickness of plasterboard. They can be installed directly into the edge of the floating ceiling drywall, forming a clean shadow gap or glowing perimeter light line that enhances the architectural depth of the ceiling. They are crafted from 6063-T5 extruded aluminum material with a white surface treatment, providing anti-oxidation properties and a longer lifespan. The standard lengths are 1 m and 2 m; you can cut to any length for your specific applications, and a custom length is also available. The inner width is 13.9 mm, allowing for LED strips with a width of up to 13 mm. The aluminum perimeter light channels serve as a heat sink for improved heat dissipation, thereby extending the lifespan of the LED lights. Only one type of diffuser is available: the PC diffused cover, made of imported-brand material, is anti-yellowing, features perfect light distribution, and diffuses the lighting evenly. End caps with and without wire holes are included. There are 3 types of joiners available: 90°, 90° vertical, and 180°. You can use them for both angled and straight connections in interior design.
