What are corner LED strip profiles?

The corner LED channels are also called 90-degree or V-shaped LED profiles. They are designed to discreetly house and conceal LED strip lights in the corners (inside or outside) where two surfaces meet, such as wall-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall, under cabinets, or inside display cases, for a clean, professional look. They can also direct light at a precise angle with a uniform glow, reduce harshness, for cozy illumination, or focused task lighting. 

Benefits:

Brighten the dark corners:

The corners are often dark, and you cannot install traditional light fixtures there; consider adding the aluminum linear lighting to enhance aesthetics. Those surface mounted LED channels allow you to add accent or task lighting without taking up extra space or adding bulky fixtures.

The corned profiles come with diffuser covers that direct the light at a 45-degree angle across surfaces rather than straight. They will create smooth, glare-free illumination that is ideal for both ambient and task lighting.

Those LED profiles are made of extruded aluminum, which can act as heat sinks to improve heat dissipation. It will extend the lifespan of LED lights. They will hide the flexible strip lights inside and protect them from dust, moisture, and accidental damage.

Flexibility Lighting Design

You cannot add regular light fixtures to the inside or outside corners. These angled LED extrusions offer greater flexibility in lighting design for designers or builders. You can use screwfix or adhesive tape for an easy corner mount. The standard lengths are 1m, 2m, and 3m, and the maximum length per piece is 6m. You can cut them to the desired length freely for your projects.

Coves:

They will be installed in the upper corners where the wall meets the ceiling to create soft light that makes the ceiling appear to float or accentuates interior design. It is always used in living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, and high-end commercial spaces to create ambiance.

They will be installed in the underside corner of cabinets to deliver focused task lighting onto counters without glare.

They can mount in the inner corners of shelves or cabinets to illuminate collectibles, merchandise, or books with angled, even light.

Shelf & under-shelf:

Fits into the corner between the wall and shelf, with downward-angled lighting for a clean, modern look.

Retail display & showcase:

They are ideal for highlighting products at the top or sides of display cases, improving visual appeal and visibility.

Workbenches & garages:

Mounted in upper corners to cast a focused, 45-degree beam onto the workspace for clearer task visibility.
