The LED baseboard lighting channels can be seamlessly plastered into the 1/2" drywalls to achieve a clean, professional finish. They feature a downward lighting design and have a reflective cove in the profile, which allows light to shine indirectly onto the floor, providing soft, uniform lighting to enhance aesthetics and safety. Ideal for residential, commercial, and hospitality applications, including corridors, living rooms, hotels, and more.
The plaster-in LED profiles are made of 6063-T5 extruded aluminum, with a black powder-coating finish that enhances oxidation resistance and prolongs lifespan. The standard length is 2 meters per piece; they can be cut to the desired length to meet your needs. We also support custom lengths. Only one type of diffuser is available: PC diffused covers, made from high-quality anti-yellowing material with a clip-in design for easy installation, helping to diffuse the lighting evenly. The inner width is 10.3 mm, allowing a maximum LED tape width of 10 mm. We recommend adding high-density SMD or COB strip lights for uniform illumination without hot spots. The aluminum extrusion acts as a heat sink, improving heat dissipation and extending the LED light's lifespan.
There are 90° and 180° joiners for corner installation and straight connections, and pre-made LED channel base board corner connectors are available for inside or outside corners.

How to install drywall lighted baseboard?
1. Install the proper LED strip lights: Remove the protective paper from the adhesive backing, then stick it into the aluminum channels. Recommend adding 8mm or 10mm IP20 non-waterproof single-color high-density COB LED strips without hotspots. The color you can choose is 3000K warm white or 4000K natural white for the interior. For wet environments, you can use our IP67 silicone tube LED tapes (PCB width: 8mm) with a backing adhesive.
2. Clip in the plastic diffused cover slightly.
3. Lead out the power wire from the end caps with a wire hole, and insert the end caps into the aluminium profiles.
4. Use screws to mount the aluminum channels on the drywall.
5. Plaster and paint on the LED profiles and drywall.
6. Connect to power supplies or LED controllers to test if the lighting works well.
7. Installation completed.
