The ALP188 surface-mounting LED channels are specifically designed for crown molding strip lighting solution for residential or business settings. They seamlessly integrate into your existing decor, serve as a crown molding for lights, and deliver soft, indirect lighting to the ceiling. By disreetly concealing LED strips, they provide a warm, diffused illumination that enhances architectural details and adds a touch of sophistication to your rooms.
The crown molding lighting profiles achieve a seamless, hardware-free look through its innovative two-parts design. It consists of a sturdy aluminum base channel, which is fixed to the wall and houses the strip lights, and a sleek clip-on aluminum cover. The cover snaps into place to effortlessly conceal all mounting hardware and wiring, resulting in a clean, professional finish for elegant indirect lighting.
Constructed from high-quality aluminum, the indirect light LED channels can serve as heat sinks for excellent heat dissipation for LED lights to ensure stable performance and long life. They direct light upward to the ceiling perimeter to reduce glare, creating a comfortable ambient lighting effect that highlights ceiling depth.
The standard lengths are 1m and 2m, and custom lengths are supported. The crown mold channels allow for a maximum width of strip lights of 12mm; you can add high-density COB LED strips to create uniform lighting without hotspots. Two types of diffused covers are available, offering different light transmission and softening the lighting evenly without harshness. Three connectors are available: 90°, 90° vertical, and 180°. You can use them for corner installation and longer runs.
