The trimless plaster-in LED profiles feature a bendable design, allowing you to choose between side-bending or up-down bending products. They are designed for seamless integration into plasterboard walls or ceilings to create smooth, curved lighting lines, offering a clean and modern aesthetic. The bending feature allows them to follow gentle arcs and creative contours, making it perfect for customizable lighting solutions for architectural and interior design projects. The bendable LED profiles are made of 6063-T5 extruded aluminum material and feature a silver anodized surface treatment for enhanced oxidation resistance and a longer lifespan. There are 1M, 2M, and 3M length products in stock, allowing you to cut to any size that suits your needs. Only one type of diffuser is available: the semi-clear diffusers, made of high-quality silicone material, will help distribute light evenly without dark areas. For the side-bending LED channels, you can install the LED strips on the side or the bottom. The max width for side mounting is 5mm, and we recommend installing 10mm S-shaped LED strips for bottom installation. The maximum width of strip lights for up-down bending light profiles is 10mm; you can install high-density COB strip lights to create a soft and uniform illumination effect. Both flanges feature small honeycomb holes designed to be embedded directly into plaster or drywall during construction, ensuring a clean and seamless look.
