The LED tape aluminum profile features a wide, gently curved body with flat, winged edges, and its ultra-slim structure allows it to sit close to the surface, delivering a professional finish to LED tape installations. Ideal for architectural lighting, cabinetry, shelving, cove lighting, and commercial displays. This profile delivers clean lines, even light diffusion, and superior durability.
It's intended to be low-profile and slim, at just 9.8mm tall, with a broad 56.7mm base to keep it discreet while its diffuser delivers a soft, even line of light with minimal shadowing.
They are made of high-quality 60603-T5 aluminum alloy with an anodized finish for oxidation resistance and long-lasting performance. The standard lengths are 1 m and 2 m, and they can be cut to any desired length.
The inner width is 12.2 mm, allowing a maximum strip light width of 12 mm. Recommend adding a high-density SMD or COB strip light as the light source, with no visible light dots or dark areas. The aluminum base can serve as a heat sink, facilitating better heat dissipation and extending the lifespan of the LED lighting.
Six different types of LED strip diffusers are available for the various lighting effects. You can choose from the following covers: PMMA opal matte, PMMA semi-clear, PMMA clear, PC semi-clear, PC clear, and PC diffused. These covers are made of high-quality brand materials, ensuring stable quality, anti-yellowing properties, and perfect light distribution.
