The ALP223 plaster-in LED channels are designed for accent lighting on the perimeter of the drop ceiling sections. They have a regressed cover design. The cover sits slightly back from the edge of the LED channels, creating a subtle shadow gap or indirect lighting effect. These aluminum channels are flush-mounted to plasterboard, creating a clean, minimalist aesthetic while optimizing light diffusion. There are glare-free diffusers available to eliminate hot spots and harsh glare, delivering soft, uniform light. Ideal for residential, commercial, and architectural applications. The inner width is 27 mm, and the maximum strip light width is 26 mm. Recommend adding high-density 24V COB LED strips as the light source to create consistent linear lighting without dark areas and hot spots. The stock length is 2 meters per piece and can be cut to any size for your needs. The ceiling lighting profiles are made of 6063-T5 extruded aluminum alloy, feature a silver anodized finish, and are oxidation-resistant, ensuring long-lasting performance. The LED plaster channels can act as heat sinks to improve heat dissipation. Four types of diffusers are available: PC frosted coves, prismatic covers, and white and black anti-glare covers. The covers are made of high-quality material, are anti-yellowing, and have perfect light distribution. 180° and 90° couplers are sold separately and can be used for angled or straight connections.
