The 40mm side flexible light channels are designed to add linear lighting on the wall line, waistline, and headboard line. The side-bendable design allows them to bend left or right, easily conforming to curved or irregular surfaces to create linear lighting along walls, ceilings, and architectural features, providing a seamless and elegant lighting effect.
The aluminum channels are made of 6063-T5 extruded aluminum material and feature a silver anodized surface treatment for enhanced lifespan and oxidation resistance. The silicone covers are made from high-quality silicone and available in 50-meter or 100-meter rolls, creating a soft, ambient glow that enhances visual appeal without overpowering it. The top of the waistline LED channels, featuring single-sided lips, is designed for anti-glare.
The max length in stock is 3 meters per piece; 1M and 2M lengths are available, and you can cut to any size to fulfill your needs. The inner width is 7.9 mm, allowing a maximum strip-light width of 7 mm. Recommend installing Zig Zag SMD LED strips as the light source.
