The LED strip light channels are designed for plastering on drywall for cove lighting. Easy to install and does not require cutting the drywall. The plaster-in design eliminates visible parts, enabling smooth integration into architectural surfaces along coves. They help to accommodate and conceal LED strip lights while diffusing the lighting evenly to create seamless, uniform indirect upward illumination. Delivering a clean, trimless lighting effect that enhances modern interior designs for residential and commercial spaces.
The plaster ceiling LED profiles are made of 6063-T5 extruded aluminum with powder-coated surface treatment for anti-oxidation and a longer lifespan. The stock lengths are 1 m and 2 m, and support custom lengths. We stock two types of light diffusers: the PC diffused cover and the PC semi-clear cover. They are made from high-quality anti-yellowing material and have perfect light distribution. The plastic covers protect the light source from dust, moisture, and physical damage, and evenly diffuse the lighting without spots.
The inner width is 12.3 mm, allowing for a maximum width of 12 mm for the LED strips. You can add our high-density dotless LED tapes (single-color, tunable white, or color-changing) as the light source to avoid hotspots. The aluminum base can serve as a heat sink to enhance heat dissipation. The 90°, 90° vertical, and 180° connectors are sold separately and can be used for custom shapes, corner installation, and extended runs. End caps with and without are included.
