The LED channels and diffusers are an effective way to create linear wall lighting, typically used to conceal LED strip lights and diffuse the light for a more even output. They are made of high-quality aluminum alloy with an anodized finish, offering oxidation resistance and a longer lifespan than similar products. The standard lengths are 1 m and 2 m, with a maximum length of 3 m per piece, which can be cut to any desired length.
Six different diffusers are available, and you can choose from PMMA and PC series covers to suit different lighting transmittance requirements. The PMMA covers are made of Degussa material from Germany, and the PC covers are made of Teijin material from Japan, ensuring stable quality, anti-yellowing properties, and optimal light distribution. LED diffusers are also available to help control the spread of light, diffusing it to create a softer, more even light.
The inner width is 18.6mm, allowing a maximum LED light width of 18 mm. We recommend using high-density COB tape lights as the light source, as they produce uniform light without visible dots or dark areas. The LED channels can be utilized as heat sinks to enhance heat dissipation, thereby extending the lifespan of LED lighting.
The metal clips are included, allowing the aluminum channels to be mounted on walls or ceilings. The suspension wire kits are sold separately to enable the light channel LED to hang on the ceiling. You can use them in homes, offices, schools, hospitals, airports, and other similar settings.
