The plaster-in LED channels are designed for wall washing lighting. They can be seamlessly integrated with the ceiling plasterboards to provide a clean, minimalist look. The aluminum LED profiles can accommodate and conceal flexible strip lights, and the PC diffusers will evenly spread the light from the LED strip. They feature an inclined lighting design that diffuses light to cast a smooth, uniform wash across the walls, creating stunning architectural accents.
The wall washer channels are made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy and feature a white powder-coated surface treatment, providing oxidation resistance and a longer lifespan. They can act as heat sinks to improve the heat dissipation, which will extend the lifespan of your LED lights. The standard lengths are 1m and 2m, and you can cut them to any size you need; custom lengths are supported. The inner width is 20.7 mm, allowing a maximum LED tape width of 20 mm. You can consider adding high-density 12V COB LED strip lights as the light source to avoid hotspots.
There are two types of diffusers available: the PC diffused cover and the PC semi-clear cover. They are made of brand-stable, anti-yellowing material, with perfect light distribution and smooth light output. Two types of LED channel joiners are sold separately: 90° and 180°. You can use them for angled or straight connections. The end caps with and without wire holes are included.
