The trimless lighting channels can be embedded into 12.5 mm ( 1/2" ) drywall construction without visible edges for a seamless, invisible look. They are designed for recessed installation at the wall-to-ceiling junction to deliver smooth, uniform illumination, making them perfect for modern architectural lighting. Recessed light channels are made of 6063-T5 extruded aluminum material and feature anodized surface treatment, providing anti-oxidation resistance and a longer lifespan. Standard lengths are 1 m and 2 m, with custom lengths also available. Two types of diffusers are available: PC diffused cover and PC semi-clear cover, made of brand-imported material, anti-yellowing, and with perfect light distribution. The inner width is 20.7 mm, allowing for a maximum width of LED strips of 20 mm. Easy to add high-density SMD or COB tape lights as the light source without hotspots. The aluminum channel can serve as a heat sink, enhancing heat dissipation. End caps with wire holes are included, making it easy to connect to LED drivers or light strip dimmers. There are three types of couplers available: 90°, 90° vertical, and 180°. You can use them for straight and angled connections.
