The trimless recessed aluminium channels are designed for floor installation, providing a sleek, flush-mounted lighting solution that blends seamlessly into the floors. They come with 3mm thick PC diffusers to protect the LED strip lights from dust, moisture, and impact, making it ideal for high-traffic areas. Its trimless design ensures a seamless integration into floors, stairs, corridors, and walkways, creating modern, continuous lines of light without visible edges. Perfect for residential, commercial, and architectural projects, it delivers both functional pathway lighting and stylish decorative illumination. The floor LED profiles are made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy with an anodized surface treatment, providing anti-oxidation resistance and a longer lifespan. The standard lengths are 1 m and 2 m, and can be cut to any size for your project. The inner width is 12.3 mm, allowing for a maximum width of 12 mm for the LED strips. Recommend using high-density COB LED strips as the light source to ensure uniform illumination with no light spots or dark areas. The aluminum channels can serve as heat sinks, facilitating better heat dissipation and extending the lifespan of LED strips. End caps with and without wire holes are included.
