The mud-in LED channels are designed for seamless integration into 5/8" gypsum boards and drywall for a minimalist and clean finish. They feature an indirect lighting design, accommodate and conceal LED strips, and diffuse light evenly for smooth, uniform illumination. The regressed cover design allows the diffusers to be installed slightly behind the edge of the LED profiles, thereby concealing the light source and reducing glare. Perfect for architects and contractors seeking a clean, modern lighting solution for coves, perimeter, baseboards, and more.
The plasterboard LED profiles are made from 6063-T5 constructed aluminum alloy with a white-coated finish for anti-oxidation and extended lifespan. And can act as heat sinks, improving heat dissipation and prolonging LED longevity. The standard lengths are 1m and 2m, and custom lengths are supported. The inner width is 13.9 mm, allowing a maximum of 12 mm for LED strips. Recommend adding high-density COB or SMD LED strips without visible spots.
Only one type of diffuser available: PC diffused covers, made of brand material for anti-yellowing, and perfect light distribution. Three types of LED channel connectors are sold separately: 90°, 90° vertical, and 180°. You can use them for straight or corner connections. End caps with and without wire holes are included.
