The U-shaped LED tape profiles are designed for clean linear lighting installation. They are an affordable, versatile option for illuminating shelves, cabinets, walls, ceilings, and more. The slim structure allows them to be installed in tight spaces and supports recessed and surface-mount installation. The U shape channel allows the tape lights to sit flush within narrow grooves, creating a seamless lighting line with a modern finish.
The tape light channels are constructed from high-quality aluminum material for enhanced oxidation resistance and a longer lifespan. The standard lengths are 1 m, 2 m, 2.5 m, and 3 m, and can be cut to any length to meet your needs. There are seven different covers available: PMMA series and PC diffused covers. They are made of a stable, anti-yellowing material, have perfect light distribution, and various light transmittance. You can choose them to diffuse the lighting and achieve uniform illumination.
The inner width is 12.2 mm, allowing a maximum strip light width of 12 mm. We recommend adding our high-density SMD or COB strip lights to deliver lighting evenly without hotspots. The lightweight LED aluminum channels can serve as effective heat sinks, enhancing heat dissipation. End caps with and without wire holes are included.
